Removing Clients

Removing clients is easy. You may wish to do this if you are no longer working with the client and don't want to see them on your dashboard.


If you remove a client link, you will not delete their data and they will still have access to their account. You will just not be able to see them on your dashboard or access their information anymore.

How to remove a client connection

  1. Log in to your Clinician dashboard
  2. Navigate into the Client account by clicking the → next to their name
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click the Edit button next to Account Connection
  5. Click Remove Account

What to do if you accidentally removed a client account connection

If you accidentally removed a client account connection, relinking them is easy, but will require your client to confirm the connection.

  1. Follow the steps to add a client.
  2. When you come to the part where you select a program, leave it as is and click Next
  3. Your client will receive an invitation to give you access to their account
