Live Sync

Live Sync is an important feature for telehealth.

Currently it covers the following features:

• Creating Entries
• Updating a Record That was Saved
• Annotated Audio

How Live Sync Works

To get started with live sync when two people are using an account, one of them needs to create the record. The other needs to go to 'Entries' and click on the record - now you are on the same page.

As you enter in the record, the other person will see your details appear in real-time and vice versa. Please note, this will not work if you are using your account in two windows. It only works with two different accounts.
