What is a Section?

A section is a collection of entries. It is useful in sorting the records you create and creating charts.

An Entry is a category of record. It can be used for exercises, situations, or daily measurements.

How to add a new Section:

1. Go to the New + page
2. Click the 'Edit' button on the top right
3. You can now add new Sections and Entries
4. Click '+' on the divider line
5. A new Section will appear
6. Click the 'cog' icon to enter a name
7. Click the 'drag' icon and drag to move the Section around
8. Click the 'delete' button to delete a Section

• The Purple box shows how you can add a new Section
• The Red box shows how you can move an Section around
• The Green box shows how you can delete a Section

Change the name of a Section

How to add an a new Entry category:

1. Go to the New + page
2. Click the 'Edit' button on the top right
3. You can now add new Sections and Entries
4. Click 'Add New' within a Section
5. Type the name of your Entry
6. Choose an Emoji
7. Click the 'Save' button on the top right

Change the Emoji for an Entry
